Hakan Satiroglu, Founder & CEO
Hakan built and sold one of the first EdTech companies, Xplana Learning, to the largest textbook distributor MBS in 2009. He is a co-founder of world’s first and only EdTech ecosystem, LearnLaunch and is an investor in Testive, a test prep company for college-bound students. Hakan is also a co-founder and investor in TeachersConnect, a platform for teachers to collaborate and offer best practices, as well as a delivery platform for professional development, and EdTechTimes, a digital news site that covers education, innovation, technology, policy, and work. He received his BA in Finance and Accounting from Boston University.
Abbey Doyno, Operations Manager
Abbey is a Fulbright Research Scholar specializing in agriculture, food and water security and international development. She has worked in a wide range of industries- social impact investing, non-profit management, community development and environmental research. Abbey received her BS in International Agriculture and Rural Development from Cornell University.

Gul Yanmaz-Karsligil, CFA, Co-Founder
Gul is co-founder of Innovation Foundry Partners. IFP grew out of a strong belief Gul has that the power of markets can be leveraged to create financially sustainable solutions to our most challenging social issues. IFP seeks to partner with visionary social entrepreneurs who are poised to transform their communities. Previously, Gul co-headed the Private Equity group at Liberty Mutual Investments. She has 20+ years of experience in building and managing multi-manager investment and co-investment programs, and has served on many fund advisory boards, corporate boards and non-profit boards.
